COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you access or use this site, T1 Foundry may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, T1 Foundry may ask that you provide us personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and if you purchase products we will require your credit card and or PayPal details. If you do not fill out any forms, T1 Foundry collects nothing about you other than your browser type, location, OS type, and IP address, however, this may extend to other elements of personal information depending on your browser/device data sharing settings.
HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED
T1 Foundry collects your information strictly for billing, licensing, and marketing purposes. If you order a product, for example, the information is used to verify credit cards, issue the appropriate receipts, and maintain your customer history. T1 Foundry does not share or sell the personal information collected with third parties.
PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The personal information that you provide is protected in several ways. In addition, your personal information resides on a secure server that only select TYPE 01 Ltd personnel has access to. T1 Foundry protects your credit card transaction using SSL encryption and thereby prevents unauthorised parties from viewing such information when it is being transmitted. We do not record or keep your full credit card information after your order has been placed except in instances where you have a saved card attached to your account, and even then, we cannot see the full extent of this data.
COOKIES
When you visit T1 Foundry, you can use the site anonymously and access most information without revealing your identity. In order to enable our shopping cart, we use ‘cookies’ for automated administration and data collection purposes. A cookie is a small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your id card, helping to correlate your passwords, purchases, and preferences to your personal browser. It cannot be executed as code or deliver any type of virus.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
For users or customers that register an account on T1 Foundry, TYPE01 Ltd also stores the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
YOUR DATA RIGHTS
Users or customers who have an account on T1 Foundry, or have left comments, can request to receive an exported file of the personal data T1 Foundry holds about them, including any data they have provided to us. They can also request that T1 Foundry erases any personal data it holds about the use or customer. This does not include any data on T1 Foundry is obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. At any point, in perpetuity, users or customers have the right to request T1 Foundry to delete all of the data T1 Foundry holds on that user or customer.
